Event Date:
Friday, June 16, 2017

Hear from NASA's current top expert on the Heliophysics of the Eclipse, Dr. C. Alex Young. Alex is the lead for NASA's Heliophysics Education Consortium, and one of the primary coordinators for the agency's efforts around the eclipse.
Joining him are Mike Kirk and Troy Cline. Mike is a subject matter expert and coordinator of an official NASA event in Madras, Oregon. Hear about the nuts and bolts of managing a massive eclipse event, as well as the challenges (and maybe even some solutions) of creating the visitor experience of a lifetime!
Remember the 2024 eclipse is right around the corner as you document and execute your own plans. Finally, Troy Cline, an education and technology specialist, featured in last year's Eclipse webcast, will be discussing the educational resources NASA has, as well technology tools you can use to better engage your eclipse audiences.
